Straightaway Tire & Auto Acquires Accurate Auto and Wayne’s Automotive

O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) is pleased to announce that Straightaway Tire & Auto (www.gostraightaway.com), a leading independent, full-service aftermarket automotive repair and service platform, has completed the acquisitions of Accurate Auto & Tire Service and Wayne’s Automotive. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Accurate Auto is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Maple Grove, MN market for over 25 years, and Wayne’s is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Grand Rapids, MN market for over 35 years. The acquisitions further bolster the nearby operations of Straightaway member company, Victory Automotive Service.
