O2 Investment Partners announces promotion of Joe Vallee, Jimmy Frye, and Michael Cotant

O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) is excited to announce the promotions of Joe Vallee to Partner, Jimmy Frye to Vice President, and Michael Cotant to Vice President.
Luke Plumpton announced the promotions, “Joe, Jimmy and Mike’s expertise both in assessing investment opportunities and managing portfolio companies have aided in the enhancement of O2’s established success in the lower-middle market private equity industry. Joe joined O2 in 2017 and has been substantially involved in O2’s investments in Capital Construction, Flip Electronics, SIB Fixed Cost Reduction, Frontier Dental Laboratories, Mantis Innovation Group, and MHC Software, serving on the boards of all companies. Jimmy started with the firm in 2018 and has been notably involved in O2’s investments in unWired Broadband, Frontier Dental Laboratories, and Vessco, serving on the board of unWired Broadband and Frontier Dental Laboratories. Mike became part of the O2 team in 2020 and has had noteworthy involvement in O2’s investments in Capital Construction and Flip Electronics, serving on the board of both companies.
In addition to the meaningful promotions of Joe, Jimmy and Mike; O2 has recently celebrated a record-breaking 2021 with the closing of 10 buy-side and 4 sell-side transactions and the addition of three new members to the team. O2 is eager to further these successes throughout 2022.
