O2 Investment Partners Announces Appointment of Tim Addison

O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) is excited to announce that Tim Addison has joined the firm as its Vice President of Tax and Operations. Luke Plumpton, Managing Partner, announced the addition saying, “Tim’s tax knowledge and transactional background will help O2 navigate the ever changing and complex tax landscape. We believe he will make an excellent addition to the O2 team and are excited to have someone of his caliber.”
Tim will assist with coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the firm’s tax related functions from a compliance, transactional, and planning perspective. He will also work closely with O2’s portfolio companies on various tax and operational matters.
Prior to joining O2, Tim was in-house tax counsel for a fortune 500 company. Before acting as in-house tax counsel, Tim was a Director of M&A Tax at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and also spent time in Plante Moran’s National Tax Office. During his career, Tim has assisted and advised clients on numerous transactions. Tim holds a BA in economics and MA in accounting from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. Tim also holds a JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
