O2 Investment Partners Announces Appointment of Sean Darin

O2 Investment Partners (“O2”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Darin to the O2 Investment team. Luke Plumpton, Vice President of O2, announced the addition.
Mr. Darin will be responsible for evaluating new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and monitoring O2’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining O2, Sean worked for RIN Capital, a private investment firm, where he was responsible for evaluating and underwriting growth equity transactions, primarily in the healthcare space. Prior to RIN Capital, Sean worked for FINNEA Group, a Detroit-based investment bank, where he specialized in executing middle market buy- and sell-side M&A transactions. Sean began his career as an analyst in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group of Wells Fargo Securities. His responsibilities included due diligence and financial modeling for M&A, debt, and equity transactions for both public and private financial services companies.
Mr. Darin received his BA in Finance from the Honors College and Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where he was also a member of the Financial Markets Institute.
