O2 Investment Partners Announces Appointment of Alec Norman

O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) announced today the appointment of Alec Norman as the firm’s newest Associate. Luke Plumpton announced the addition saying, “On behalf of O2, it is my pleasure to welcome Alec to the firm. Alec’s background in transaction analysis and execution will be a valuable resource. We look forward to him making an immediate impact on our portfolio while assessing new investment opportunities.”
In the new role, Alec will be responsible for evaluating new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and collaborating with O2’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining O2, Alec was an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill, where he advised clients on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions across the energy, industrial, and consumer sectors. Alec holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
