O2 Investment Partners adds Fairhaven Integration Services to its telecom network services platform, NTI Connect

O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) announced today that it has made a significant investment in Fairhaven Integration Services (www.fairhavenllc.com), partnering with founders Jerry Hart, Andy Goldsworthy and Jason Willis to continue growing the business. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
Fairhaven Integration Services is the latest addition to O2’s comprehensive network services platform, NTI Connect (www.nti-connect.com). The NTI Connect group of companies, including National Technologies, NTI Fiber Optics, CCSI Networks and Fairhaven, offers a nationwide presence of over 150 technicians delivering the network design, technology deployment and field integration services required by fiber, wireless and broadband carriers, cable MSOs, Data Centers and global telecom enterprises across North America. The NTI Connect platform provides a comprehensive set of critical network build out services including fiber network deployment and splicing, network testing, design and engineering services, data center build out, wireless network deployment and systems integration.
O2 Investment Partners formed NTI Connect to address the demands that exploding broadband data consumption is placing on voice and data networks. The NTI Connect platform was established with the initial acquisitions of National Technologies (www.national-technologies.com and NTI Fiber (www.ntifiber.com), a nationwide provider of fiber splicing and technical services. The platform expanded with the acquisition of CCSI Networks (www.ccsinetworks.com) which brings wireless and fiber design, development and technical services to deploy macro, micro, DAS and small cell networks. Fairhaven (www.fairhavenllc.com) now brings NTI Connect the core equipment integration competencies to help enterprise and telecom customers meet the rapidly increasing demand for video content.
