O2 Forms New Physical Therapy, Fitness & Wellness Platform

O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) today announced a partnership with Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness (www.evolutionphysicaltherapy.com) and True Sports Physical Therapy (www.truesportsphysicaltherapy.com), forming a new physical therapy, fitness, and wellness platform. The platform will support the companies’ continued organic growth and M&A strategy. Terms of the investments were not disclosed.
This partnership unites two industry-leading providers of physical therapy, fitness, performance training, and wellness services, creating a platform with more than 40 locations across California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virgina, and Delaware. Evolution and True Sports focus on helping patients recover from injury and sustain long-term health and wellness in a high-touch clinical setting. Both leadership teams have retained significant ownership in the platform, and each company will continue to be led by its current management team.
